Why the name
The name MADPRO is an acronym for the words: Marketing, Advertising, Design & Professionals which form part of our competencies and constitutes our Marketing Mix. The name also represents our passion, culture, drive and commitment towards effectively satisfying our clients needs and helping them to make a positive difference, hence our slogan “Make A Difference Professionally"

OUR BUSINESS APPROACH
Strategic Planning, Development, Implementation & Evaluation
Research methodologies commence after client appointment contractual & agreements are in place. After information has been gathered and processed, strategies are formulated and presented to client for approval. Upon approval of concepts strategies and ideas, work is implemented within set timeframe until the goals and objectives are achieved. Please contact us for more info
Client and Account Handling
Regular status meetings are held and status reports which include press cuttings analysis, evaluations and presentations are delivered in person or via email or courier . Measurement of indirect results i.e. heightened media awareness and direct results such as greater number of generated leads will also be one of our key focus areas. Please contact us for more info
Account Billing
Clients are billed on a per project, commission or retainer basis. Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance, payable within seven days of due date. Other fees include (design, copyrighting, print productions, photography, giveaways and branded items etc). Retainer based clients are required to sign an annual contract with a three month notice period for either party prior to work commencing. Large project clients sign a contract for the full project with fees and costs payable during the course of that project until completion. Please contact us for more info.
